Muhammad Kautsar Ramadhan is an accomplished Product Design Lead with over 8 years of relevant experience in the tech industry. He is currently working at Gojek, a leading technology company in Southeast Asia, as a Product Design Lead for GoPay and GoTo Group. In this role, he is responsible for leading 3 product streams that work around creating Payment Experience, Promotions Discovery, and User Safety related features. In addition to his work at Gojek, Muhammad is also a Product Design Tutor at rakamin academy, where he handles all HR-related tasks for the tech team. Prior to this, he worked as a Project Support at Daya Dimensi Indonesia, where he collaborated on a project between the Faculty of Psychology at the University of Indonesia, Rheinisch-Westfälisches Institut für Wirtschaftsforschung (RWI), and RARE Indonesia. As a Research Assistant, he conducted field research by interviewing and conducting experiments in more than 15 remote villages in Wakatobi, Minahasa, and Kolono area. He also input and cleaned research data for result analytics purposes and created additional design materials for research, such as ID cards and experiment tools. Muhammad holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from the University of Indonesia and a Vocational High School degree in Information Technology from SMK Telkom Jakarta. He possesses a strong tech stack, including skills in product design and research science. Overall, Muhammad is a talented and experienced Product Design Lead who has worked with some of the biggest names in the tech industry. He is passionate about creating innovative products that enhance user experience and is always looking for new challenges to tackle.
